Ingredients
:
1kg chicken pieces
2-3 green chillies
¼ cup oil
1 medium onion (cut fine)
salt to taste
4 tomatoes (cut into small pieces)
1 tbsp chili powder
½ tbsp garam masala
¼ tbsp haldi / turmeric powder

Method:
In a kadai heat the ol and add the
chicken pieces stir well till the
chicken turns its colour and all the
water the chicken leaves Cook for
sometimes add the cumin powder Cook
on low flame the chicken till the
colour becomes slightly black stirring
occasionally.
Add green chillies onion salt and
turmeric powder chili powder garam
masala cook for 5-7 minutes add 1
cup water and close the lid of the
kadai &cook for sometimes on low
flame til done sprinkle coriander
leaves Serve with nan
