Ingredients
:
1 cup wheat flour
¾ cup sugar (powdered)
2-3 powdered elaichi
2 tbsp curd
pinch salt
water as required

Method:
Mix all the above ingredients with
an electric hand beater well till
the mixture has thick but flowing
consistency.
Add water little by little as required
.Keep aside for sometime.
Fry in shallow ghee (preferably) or
oil. Take a big spoonful of butter
and pour in hot ghee. When the sides
stand up. Turn its side and keep pressing
while frying tillit turns brown. Serve
hot.
