Ingredients
:
1-2 potatoes
10-12 Beans
1 Carrot
7-8 Cluster beans (Gwar)
1 Palak Bunch
2-3 tomatoes
few pieces of Bhee (cluster beans),
Garlic, cumin seeds (Jeera) all
masales salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a degshee add garlic and
cumin seeds (jeera) 1 tbsp each Add
potatoes and all vegetables one by
one then add palak and than add tomatoes
at the end.
Stir well and add salt, chilies, turmeric
(haldi powder), Corriander (dhania)
powder Stir till all oil comes up
or the vegetables stick to the bottom.
Add water and keep it down for 10-15
minutes or till vegetables are done
Lastly add little tamarind water Close
the flame
