Ingredients
:
Try with Green Chatni
Bunch of corinder (washed & cut)
2-3 flakes of garlic
2-3 green chilies
1 small onion
4-5 tamarind pulp
Mix
all this ingredients and blend this
in a mix into a fine paste adding
little water
& keep a side

Method:
In a Kadai, heat 1-2 tbsp oil, add
the prepared chatni &fry for sometime
on low flame. Add all dry masala like
salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder,
dhania powder, amchur powder for taste.
Stir till oil comes up. Add 1-cup
water and boil the green masala till
little thick close flame.
For Bread you can use Pav or Bread
slices.
Soak the bread/pav in this green masala
and put in a non-stick frying pan.
Use all the masala, depending on how
many slices can be soaked. Spread
each slice/pav on the frying pan.
Put little oil under the slices and
keep on low flame. Turn the side over
when the bottom side is crispy. Put
a tbsp more for making the other side
crispy too.
Close flame when the sole bread/pav
is done or is crispy. Serve hot with
curd.
Sayal
Phulka
Same method is used for making chatni.
Use plain chapattis instead of Bread.
Roll each chapatti in the green masala
well. The masala should coat the chapatti
from all sides.Place the roll or chapatti
in a frying pan.
Put a tbsp or two under the roll &
cook with a covered lid till done.
It should be crispy.Turn the side
over when the bottom side is done.
Cook till done. Serve hot with curds.
