Ingredients
:
4 cups unsweetened apple juice or water
8 thin slices of fresh ginger
2 fresh lemon
2 tbsp honey (optional)

Method
:
In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the apple
juice and ginger slices.
Also add the lemon juice along with the
rinds and bring to a boil and simmer for
7 minutes.
Strain through & sieve into 4 glasses
and sweeten with honey, if desired.
