Ingredients
:
400 ml orange juice
900g sugar
400 ml water
10 drops orange emulsion
2 tsp citric acid
1/2g potassium meta bi sulphate
1g sodium benzoate

Method
:
In a vessel, add sugar, citric acid, 400
ml water and heat until the sugar dissolves.
Cool and sieve to a fine liquid.
To this, add orange juice, orange emulsion
and mix well. In a cup of water, dissolve
potassium meta bi sulphate and sodium benzoate
and add to the above juice. To serve, mix
3 glasses of chilled water to 1 glass of
squash.
