Ingredients
:
2 glasses water
1/4 tsp ginger juice 1/2 stick dalchini
(ground) 1/3 glass orange juice 1/3 glass
pineapple juice Rinds of sour lime
1 tbsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp tea
leaves 1/2 tsp mint leaves
juice 1 Laung ( powder)
1/3 glass sweet lime juice Juice of sour
lime Slices of orange, apple,
pineappl , sweet lime

Method
:
Boil two glasses of water and tea leaves
for few minutes.Add half of the lime rinds
and remove from fire.
Add finely cut pieces of sweet lime along
with the skin and the remaining lime rinds
and allow it to cool.
After five minutes strain and all the juices
and half of the fruit slices to it. Take
a muslin cloth and place the laung ,dalchini
,ginger and mint leaves juice in it . Dip
the mixture in tea ,fruit punch and squeeze.
Continue dipping for sometime, then squeeze
and discard the mixture. Finally add a pinch
of salt , sugar , and the remaining fruit
pieces.
Add little red food colour if desired. Serve
chilled with mint leaves.
