Ingredients
:
1 litre milk
150g sugar
25g cashew nuts
100g pista
6 elaichies

Method
:
Heat milk in a thick-bottomed pan on low
flame till a thick layer forms on the top.
Remove the thick layer and keep it separately.
Repeat this procedure till the milk turns
brown .
Remove from heat, mix sugar, elaichi powder,cashew
nuts, pista, seperated cream .
Chill it for 1hour 15 minutes.
