Ingredients

To prepare the cake:
3 packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp salt
6 eggs
For Topping:
1 1/4 cup sour cream
2 1/4tbsp white sugar
3/4 tsp vanilla extract

Method
:
To prepare the Cake :
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar,
almond extract, eggs and salt. Beat this
mixture till it becomes smooth. Pour into
a greased deep dish plate.
Bake at 165 degrees C for 45-50 minutes.Remove
from oven and allow it to cool .
For Topping:
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla extract
and stir till it becomes smooth.
Spread evenly on top of the baked cheesecake
and then again bake for 10 minutes at 165
degrees C to set the top. Chill it well
& serve.
