Ingredients
:
1 cup sieved flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup hot milk
1 tbsp. Butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
For the Topping :
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp. Cream
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup walnuts

Method
:
Sieve first 3 dry ingredients. Beat eggs
until thick, for few minutes.
Add granulated sugar , keep on beating.
Add vanilla & keep stiring. Then dry
the above ingredients.
Quickly stir in hot milk and 1 tbsp butter.
Pour in pan, bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees
C.
Mix 1/4 cup butter and cream until creamy.
Add brown sugar, nuts. Spread nut mixture
on top of cake.Heat
until golden brown.
