Ingredients
:
1 fresh coconut, grated
1 litre milk
350g sugar
1/2 tsp elaichi powder
1 tsp pista,cut into small pieces

Method
:
Cook milk, coconut and sugar in a thick
bottomed vessel at high flame.Stir it.
When the mixture becomes thick, reduce the
flame to medium. And after sometime when
it becomes semi-solid , stop heating.
Put
it on a greased dish . Garnish with pista
and elaichi &cut it into different shapes.
