Ingredients
:
300g milk kova
60g maida
525g sugar
25g cashew nuts
25g kiss miss
3 elaichies
A pinch of rasberry red color
25 cake paper cups
Ghee

Method
:
Make a smooth dough of milk khoya , maida
and 9-10 drops of water. Make into small
balls.
Grind kiss miss, elaichies and cashews to
a fine paste.
Soak each ball in red color, make a hole
in the center with your thumb & fill
the above kissmiss paste .Close the top
and make a ball again.
Fry the jamuns till golden brown .Soak them
in sugar syrup for 2 hours 15 minutes.Remove
the jamuns & roll in dry sugar powder
and cut into half.
Put the pieces in the paper cups and serve.
