Jhat Phat Burfi

Ingredients :
400g condensed milk
300g grated paneer
1/2 tsp elaichi powder
2 tbsp almonds and pistas,cut
2 silver sheets

Method :
Mix condensed milk and paneer in a pan and cook on a medium flame .Stir continuously.

When the mixture starts to become thick reduce the flame. When it is semi-solid, stop heating & spread it on a greased dish.

Sprinkle the elaichi powder and almonds ,pistas on the mixture.
