Ingredients
:
100g cashew nuts
80g powdered sugar
1 tsp corn flour
1/3 tsp rose essence

Method
:
Soak cashews in water for 2 hrs. Drain and
grind them to a fine paste, using water
if required.
Cook sugar and cashew paste on medium heat.
Let the mixture thicken, reduce the flame
.
When the mixture leaves the sides of the
pan, sprinkle corn flour. Stir well .Stop
heating.
Add the rose essence and turn onto a greased
marble or wooden surface. Roll thinly with
a greased roller. Garnish
with silver sheet and cut into diamond shaped
katlis.
