Kalakand

Ingredients :
1/2 kg paneer
1 tin condensed milk
4 elaichi powder
2 heaped tbsp full cream
milk powder
garnish with silver sheet.

Method :
Beat paneer till soft & coarse.Now mix milk powder ,condensed milk .

Heat the mixture in a thick bottomed pan ,continuosly stirring till the mixture becomes thick .Stop heating and put it in a greased dish.

Sprinkle the elaichi powder. Garnish with silver sheet. Allow it to cool and cut into pieces
