Ingredients
:
300g sugar
3/4 cup water
250g desiccated coconut
3 silver sheets
1/3 tsp elaichi powder

Method
:
Boil the sugar and water. Prepare sugar
syrup and add the coconut immediately.
Mix well and spread it out evenly on a greased
csurface.
Garnish
with silver sheets and elaichi powder. Cut
into diamond shaped pieces.
