Ingredients
:
1 cup cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon extract
6 tbsp hot milk

Method
:
Sieve together flour, salt, and baking powder
.Beat eggs until fluffy . Slowly add sugar
to this .
Stir in lemon juice and flavoring. Add sieved
flour mixture gradually while beating; beat
until mixed properly.
Keep on adding hot milk spoon by spoon at
the time of beating . Pour into ungreased
pan . Bake at 175 degrees C for until golden
brown and firm to touch. Allow it to cool.
