Ingredients
:
120 gms.maida
140 gms. Powdered sugar
120 gms.Butter
2 nos. Eggs
1 tsp. Baking powder
20 gms. Cocoa powder mixed
with milk/water
1 tsp. Vanilla essence

Method
:
Sieve maida and baking powder.Beat the butter
till smooth and then add the sugar and beat
till light and fluffy.
Add the yolks and beat the mixture till
smooth.Whisk the egg white and add it to
the above mixture creaming it .
Now add the essence and fold in the flour.Divide
the mixture into equal parts.
In the first half add the cocoa powder mixed
with milk/water, it will become dark in
colour.
In the other half add milk/ water, it will
be light in colour.Grease, a 1/2 kg. bread
tin and pour the dark and light mixture
alternately and bake at 180 C. for 45 mins.
