Mysore paak

Ingredients :
1 cup besan
2 cups sugar
2 cups ghee

Method :
Make a thick syrup.


To this, mix besan.Add ghee and stir till bubbles form in the mixture. Put the mixture to a greased dish. Allow it cool .
