Ingredients
:
500g wheat flour
300g ghee
250g sugar
1 cup water
1/2 tsp elaichi powder
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
100g chopped cashew nuts,
almonds, raisins

Method
:
Fry wheat flour in the ghee in a pan till
light brown. Prepare
syrup with sugar & water.
Beat
all ingredients.
Prepare
laddoos of the mixture.
