Sooji Burfi

Ingredients :
250g sooji
125g ghee
1 cup water
250g sugar
50g desicated coconut
1/2 tsp elaichi powder
1 tbsp chironji

Method :
Fry the sooji on a low flame till golden color. Remove from fire and set aside.

Prepare sugar syrup. Mix hot syrup & the fried sooji .

Also add desicated coconut and half the elaichi. Spread the mixture on a greased dish. Garnish with chironji and elaichi powder. Cut the mixture into desired shapes.
