Sooji Ka Rasgulla

Ingredients :
1/2 kg sooji
1/2 kg sugar
1/2 litre milk
40g cashew nuts
1/2 kg ghee

Method :
Boil milk in a vessel .Add sooji to the milk and stir without forming any lumps till sooji gets soft.

Stop heating.Make a thick syrup. Make small balls from the sooji mixture, place a cashewnut in the middle and deep fry in ghee till it becomes golden color.

Remove from ghee .Soak the rasgulla in sugar syrup for 1 hour 15 minutes and serve chilled.
