Ingredients

2 litre Milk
30 gm Khajur (Dates)
30 gm Dry Fruits (Almond, Pista,
Cashewnuts & elaichi As you want)
30 gm Paneer
250 gm Sugar

Method
:
Remove seeds from the dates and clean the
dates. Then crushed the paneer coarsely
with hand, Add Kaju (Cashewnuts), almond,
pista, and cardamom powder and mix well.
Make small ball and fill it in the dates.
like this prepare remaining stuffed khajur.
Now take big pan and boil the milk, then
add sugar to it and boil again, then add
stuffed khajur. Boil this kheer for five
to seven minuts and remove from the heat.
Put this kheer in the refrigerator. when
it is cool serve this kheer in clay bowl
and garnish with jintan.
