Ingredients
:
400g tomatoes
75g corn flour
300g sugar
75g ghee
25g cashew nuts, roasted
25g almonds, roasted
5g elaichi powder

Method
:
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and make
a fine puree.
Sieve through a fine cloth and separate
from the pulp. Mix 1 1/4 glass of water
and corn flour.
Boil sugar with 1 cup of water .Add tomato
mixture to this.Mix till it is thick.
Mix ghee and stir for 4 minutes .Mix cashew
nuts, almonds, elaichi powder .
Pour the mixture over a greased dish.Allow
it to cool. Cut into desired shape.
