Preparation
Time : 10 minutes
Ingredients :
1cup jowar ka atta
1spring onion, finely chopped
1green chilli, finely chopped
1tbsps oil
salt to taste

Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl
and knead into a soft dough, using
warm water as required. Cover and
keep aside for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
Pat each portion on a dry surface
using your palm till it is a circle
Cook on a tava till both sides are
lightly browned.
Serve hot with a vegetable of your
choice.
Please Note :
If you want to roll out these rotis,
you can do so between 2 sheets of
plastic.
