Preparation
Time : 15 minutes.
Cooking Time : 25 minutes.
Ingredients :
1 cup uncooked rice
2 onion, grated
1/2 teacup shredded cabbage
1 capsicum, sliced
1/2 tsps kalimirch powder
2 tbsps butter
salt to taste
2 tbsps grated cheese |
Method:
Boil the rice in such a way that each
grain of the cooked rice should be
separate. Drain and cool.
Heat the butter and fry the onion
for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the cabbage and capsicum and cook
for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the rice kalimirch and salt.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and serve
hot.
