Ingredients
:
2 cups coriander leaves chopped
1cup aata sieved 1/2 cup besan sieved
1/2 cup peanuts,finely pounded
2 tbsps til
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp sugar
1tsp ginger and garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1/4 tsp soda
oil as needed
salt to taste |
Method
:
Mix atta and besan ,til ,coriander
leaves, peanut powder, chilli powder,
turmeric powder, garam masala, soda
, ginger and garlic paste, sugar and
salt.
Add water and make a thick paste.
Heat oil and add the paste. Grease
a plate and spread the paste evenly.
Steam for 15- 20 minutes in an idli
steamer or pressure cooker . Remove
and cool. Cut into pieces.
Heat oil and deep fry these pieces.
Serve hot with chutney.
