Preparation
Time : 15 minutes.
Cooking Time : 15 to 20 minutes.
Ingredients :
1 cup besan
1 cup chopped methi leaves
1onion, chopped
2-4 green chillies, chopped
2 pinches hing
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsps turmeric powder
3-4 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method:
Mix the besan in 1 1/2 cups of water.
Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the
onion for a while.
Add methi leaves , green chillies
, hing and fry again for a while.Pour
the besan mixture, add the chilli
and turmeric powder.Then add salt
and cook for few minutes.
Serve hot with jowar ki roti , garlic
chutney and onion.
