Ingredients :
1 cup sprouted moong
1 teacup fresh curds
4 tsps sweet and sour chutney
3 chopped tomatoes
2 chopped onions
a little jeera powder
3 tsps oil
chilli powder to taste salt to taste

Method
:
Heat oil, add moong , 1/2 cup of water
and salt. Cover and cook on a low
flame until the moong is soft.
Beat the curds with a pinch of salt.
How to serve :
Spread the hot moong on a serving
plate , top with the beaten curds,
chutney, tomatoes, onions, jeera powder,
chilli powder and salt. Serve immediately.
