Preparation
Time : 20 minutes.
Cooking Time : 25 minutes.
Ingredients :
1 cup peanuts
4 potatoes, boiled
1 tsp til
1 tsp jeera
2-4 green chillies, finely chopped
a pinch of hing
3-5 curry leaves
1 tsp sugar
2 tsps lemon juice
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method:
Soak moongfali in water for 4 to 5
hours. Boil them until soft. Drain
and keep aside.
Heat oil and fry til and jeera seeds
until they crackle. Add the green
chillies, hing and curry leaves and
fry for a few seconds.
Add moongfali and fry again for a
few minutes. Add the potatoes and
sugar, mix well and fry. Add the salt
and lemon juice and mix well.
Serve
hot and top it with chopped coriander.
