Ingredients
:
2 cups sour curd
2 cups fresh curd
3 1/2 cups ground sugar
4 tbsp sliced almonds and pista
1 tsp elaichi and jaiphal powders
1/2 tsp kesar
1/4 tsp food colour (yellow)

Method:
Mix both curd and hang up in a piece
of muslin cloth. Drain out all liquid.
Hold a fine cloth over a bowl, rub
the hard curd or chakka through it,
adding sugar alternately.
When the mixture is ready, add all
the other ingredients.
Mix well, chill it and serve with
hot puris
