Preparation
Time : 10 minutes.
Cooking Time : 15 minutes.
Ingredients :
1 cup sprouted moong
1/2 cup sprouted red chana
2 cup sprouted kabuli chana
1/2 cup sprouted peanuts
1tsp jeera seeds
2 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp ginger, chopped
3 laung garlic, chopped
2 - 3 green chillies, chopped
2 tomato, chopped
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1 tbsp chopped dhaniya leaves
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 potato, boiled and chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsps oil
salt to taste |
Method:
Boil sprouted moong ,red chanas ,
kabuli chana and sprouted peanuts.
Don't cook in a pressure cooker. Then
drain all.
Heat oil in a kadai , add jeera seeds
and fry for 1 minute. Add onion and
fry for few seconds.
Add ginger, garlic, green chillies
and fry again for a few seconds.
Add tomatoes, haldi ,dhania, chilli
powder and fry again
Add potatoes, well drained sprouts,
lemon juice and salt.
Serve
hot.
