Cooking Time : 10 minutes.
Ingredients :
100 grams moong sprouts
100 gram peas sprouts
1 bowl gur
3-4 tsps Imli water
2 tbsps oil
salt to taste |
For
serving :
chopped tomato
chopped onion
chopped dhaniya leaves
Method :
Boil both the sprouts.
Heat the oil in a tava, add the sprouts,
chilli powder,gur , imli water and salt
and cook for a few minutes.
Serve hot with tomato, onion and coriander. |
