Preparation
time: 45-50 minutes.
Ingredients :
1 lb lamb, cut into small cubes
4 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
4 onions, sliced
10 green chilies
4 garlic flakes
a small peice of ginger
1 tsp jeera
A small bunch coriander leaves
Salt to taste
5 tsp oil

Method
:
Grind together the green chilies, ginger,
garlic, jeera and the corriander leaves.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced onions
until golden brown in colour. Add the ground
masala to the onions and sauté over
high fire. When the oil begins to separate,
add the lamb cubes and salt to taste.
When the lamb pieces starts to become tender,
add the chopped tomatoes and some water.
Simmer the curry for around 15 mins and
bring it to a boil. Garnish with corriander
leaves and serve hot.
