Ingredients

1/2 a kg boneless mutton
1 egg
8g garam masala
10g ginger
Oil for frying
4 red chillies
115g tuwar dal
1 bunch corriander
5 green chillies
60g onions, chopped
Salt to taste

Method
:
Boil mutton, tuwar dal, red chillies, 2
onions, ginger, salt in water. Remove water
and grind to a fine paste.
To this, add beaten egg, garam masala and
mix well. Make equal small balls and keep
aside. In aseparate bowl, add chopped onions,
green chillies, corriander leaves, salt
and mix well. Make into small balls.
Take one mutton ball, place in your palm,
press to an oval shape. In this, place onion
ball and close the edges. Deep fry in oil
until brown crispy kabab.
