Ingredients
:
500 gms flattened mutton pieces
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 cup curd
1/2 cup cream
100 gm mashed paneer
1 bunch fresh corriander
1 bunch fresh phudina leaves
6 green chillies
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp almond powder or cashew nuts powder
3/4 tsp garam masala
6 tsp oil
1/4 tsp kesar dissolved in 2 tbsp of water
Salt to taste

Method
:
Rub salt, ginger & garlic paste to the
mutton pieces. If the meat is hard, rub
1 tsp of ground papaya peel. Keep for 15
mins.
Mix the remaining ingredients and apply
to the mutton pieces. Arrange in a baking
dish and on top arrange tomato or egg slices
and bake in moderate oven at 180° C
for 40 mins or till cooked.
