Ingredients
:
4 eggs, boiled
5 (cloves) long
8 (peppercorns ) kali mirch
Small ginger piece
2 garlic
4 (cloves) laung
onions, chopped 2
tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
Corriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste

Method
:
Boil the eggs and cut them into pieces.
Mix
cloves, peppercorns, ginger, garlic and
blend to a paste.
Heat oil in a pan, fry onions, paste, chili
powder & salt for a few minutes. Then
add tomatoes, egg pieces and fry for another
10 minutes.
Garnish with corriander leaves.
