Preparation
time: 25 minutes
Ingredients :
2 eggs, hardboiled & shelled
1 onions, finely sliced
1/2 tomato, chopped
1/2 tbsp corriander leaves, chopped
1 tbsp besan
2-3 tbsp oil
Mix together with a little water :
3/4 tsp chilli powder
1tsp corriander powder
A pinch of (turmeric) haldi powder
1/2 tsp (cumin) jeera powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste

Method
:
Make 2-3 slits on each egg with a thin bladed
knife and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till
well browned. Now add the gram flour and
fry till it is completely fried.
Add the powder paste and fry for 30 seconds.
To this, add the tomatoes and coriander
leaves. Add 1/2 cup of water and the eggs
to this mixture and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot with
fried rice/chapathis
