Ingredients
:
2 eggs
2 drumsticks
100g onions, chopped
15g ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp (turmeric) haldi powder
2-3 curry leaves
15g green chilies
15g tamarind
50g tomatoes
1small bunch of corriander
1/4 tsp (cumin) jeera powder
50g oil
Salt to taste

Method
:
Boil the eggs, remove the shells and make
horizontal spots on the eggs with a knife.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions, drumsticks,
salt and fry for some time. Then add ginger-garlic
paste, chili powder, turmeric, green chillies,
curry leaves along with tamarind water and
allow to cook for 5 mins.
Now add boiled eggs and tomatoes to the
curry and cook on low heat for another 5
mins. Garnish with corriander leaves and
serve with rice.
