Ingredients
:
2 eggs
1/4 onion, chopped
1/4 tomato, chopped
2 chopped green chilies
2 tbsp finely chopped corriander
3-4 tsp milk
1 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp corriander powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method
:
Mix eggs, chopped onions, green chilies,
tomatoes, corriander in a vessel and beat
for some time.
To this, add salt, chilli, corriander powder,
turmeric, milk and beat until it gets foamed.
Heat oil in a pan, pour the above mixture
and allow to fry on both sides. Serve hot.
