Ingredients
:
200g sliced meat
1 teacup chicken stock
1 raw egg
10g ginger-garlic
5g onions
25g diced capsicum
30g diced onions
3 sliced green chilies
1 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
25g corn flour
1/4 tsp ajinomoto
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method
:
Blend ginger, garlic, onions to a paste.
Coat the meat pieces with corn flour and
raw egg and deep fry.
Fry the ground paste in oil and keep stirring.
Then add chicken stock, meat, white pepper
powder, capsicum, onion, green chillies,
ajinomoto, salt and cook till the meat in
the sauce softens. Serve hot.
