Ingredients
:
1/2 kg flattered mutton
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp kali mirch (pepper) powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp vinegar
8 - 9 tsp oil
1 tsp raw papaya peel (ground)
Salt to taste

Method
:
Apply grounded raw papaya peel and salt
to the mutton and keep for 20 mins. Rub
in the rest of the ingredients.
Heat a flat stone. When hot put the meat
pieces on it and roast on both sides or
grill on a charcoal oven or under an electric
grill.
When browned on one side, turn on the other
side. It should be lightly browned but not
dry.
