Ingredients
:
2 eggs
125g meat kheema
25g onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp tomato sauce
pinch of (pepper powder) kali mirch
1/2 tsp capsica sauce
1/2 lemon
125g potatoes
1small bunches corriander
25g bread powder
15g maida flour
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method
:
Boil 1egg and remove the shell. Sprinkle
1/2 tsp of maida flour on the boiled egg
and keep aside.
Boil the kheema in a vessel, squeeze all
the water and keep aside. In a pan, fry
the onions along with above kheema, salt,
pepper powder, toaster sauce, capsica sauce,
and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat. Boil the potatoes,
peel, mash them and add to the kheema. To
this mixture, add corriander , lemon juice
and apply around the boiled egg as a thick
layer.
Beat the other egg well with a fork, soak
the kheema egg and after that roll in the
bread powder and fry in the oil until golden
brown. Serve with tomato sauce.
