Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients :
2 eggs
1/2 medium-sized tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped yam
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method :
Mix all the above ingredients except oil in a tightly covered jar and shake well.

Heat oil in a pan, pour the egg mixture and cook on medium heat. Turn eggs gently as the mixture starts to set at the bottom.
