Ingredients
:
1 medium brinjal
3 Green Chillies
1.5 tsp Tamarind Paste
3/4 tsp dhania
1/2 tsp jeera
4 cloves Garlic
1 sprig Curry Leaves
2 tbsp Oil .
Salt to Taste

Method
:
Cut bringal into small pieces, soak in water.
Fry dhania and green chillies till they
change colour. Allow it to cool.
Fry brinjal & salt on medium heat till
it is soft . allow it to cool.
In a processor add all the remaining ingredients,
& all above.Blend till semi-soft.
Store in refrigerator.remains good for 1
week.
