Ingredients
:
6 small carrots, grated
55g green chilies
2 cups yogurt
2 sprig curry leaves
5 tsp oil
1 small bunch cilantro
11/2 tsp methi seeds
Salt to taste

Method
:
Grind chillies & salt to a paste. Heat
oil in a pan, fry seeds, curry leaves till
they splutter.
To this add chili paste and grated carrots
and fry for few minutes.
Add
yogurt and chopped cilantro & heat for
2 minutes.
