Ingredients
:
2 medium sized Cauliflower
5 Lemons
3 tbsp oil
Salt, chilli powder
2 tsp methi powder
1/4 tsp Rai

Method
:
Cut cauliflower into small flowerettes.Immerse
in salt water for 12 minutes.
Drain
water completely. Drain excess water.
Heat oil in a pan, add rai, hing and cauliflower
. Fry for few minutes.
Add
salt, chillipowder.Add methi powder &
remove from fire. Mix lemon juice.
