Ingredients
:
1/2 kg soft chicken
10 big lemons
1/4 kg oil
100g salt
150g red chilli powder
50g khus khus seeds
4 garlic flakes
1/2 tsp methi seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
14 laung
3 small elaichies
8 cm dalchini
50g ginger

Method
:
Wash the chicken and cut into 2" pieces.
Grind dalchini , elaichi ,laung ,khus khus
seeds to a fine paste.
Boil the chicken pieces in 1 1/4 cup water
containing turmeric till all the water evaporates.
Fry ginger till it turns brown. Add chicken
pieces, fry until golden brown, remove and
cool them.
Then add lemon juice & all other ingredients.
Store the pickle in a jar . Use within 3
months.
