Ingredients
:
2 cups chopped coconut
12 green chilies
3 cm long ginger
5 garlic flakes
1 tbsp salt
7 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
11/2 tbsp lemon juice

Method
:
Place the coconut with the other ingredients
in a blender and blend until the coconut
pieces gets smooth.If required, add water
while blending.
For tempering :
Heat oil in a small vessel when hot put
rai,cumin seed pinch of hing when the seed
pop put this over the churney.
