Preparation
time : 25 minutes
Ingredients :
1 medium-sized raw coconut,
cut into small pieces
2 tbsp dhania
1 tbsp jeera
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 garlic cloves
5 green chilies
1small piece of tamarind,
soaked in water for few minutes
1 tsp rai
1 tsp split black gram
1 tsp besan
3 sprigs of curry leaves
turmeric powder
A pinch of hing
4 tbsp oil

Method
:
Fry jeera,dhania,green chilies and garlic
cloves until golden brown in colour. Set
aside until cool.
Blend the above fried ingredients to the
coconut pieces ,salt, tamarind water &
make a fine paste.
Fry rai , black gram, besan, curry leaves,turmeric
and hing for 2 minutes. Mix this to the
coconut paste.
